Strawberry Negroni
Ingredients
- Old strawberries
- Gin
- Vermouth
- Campari
Method
- Macerate strawberries in gin overnight
- Strain the strawberries but keep the pulp
- Mix equal part gin vermouth and strawberry gin
- Pour over ice
Gin and strawberry coulis
Ingredients
- 200g Gin strawberries
- 200g Caster sugar
- 2 each Star anise
Method
- Bring all ingredients to the boil
- Simmer for 2 minutes and pass through a fine sieve
Note: Will store for ages
